What is In-Store Pickup?
In-Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in our store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges  and you may be able to get your order faster.

How do I place an order for in-store pickup?
During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup option.
Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation).

How long before my pickup order is ready?
You will get a “Ready for Pickup” email typically within 3 business hours of placing your order.
If your order is placed less than 3 business hours before store closing or outside of store hours, then the 3 business hours time period will carryover to the store's opening the following day.

When should I go to the store and what should I bring with me?
After placing your order online, sit tight and wait to be notified that your order is ready to be picked up at the store, typically within 3 business hours.
After you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email, please bring your order confirmation number to the store. See any associate inside to complete your pickup.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you can designate an alternate pickup person in the checkout process. The pickup person needs to bring a photo ID and the order confirmation number to the store.

How long will my pickup item(s) be held?
Your pickup item(s) will be held for 5 days. If not picked up during that time frame, the item(s) will be returned and your method of payment will be refunded.

What if the in-store price is lower than it is online?
If your pickup item(s) are at a lower price in the store, we will automatically make the adjustment to your method of payment at the time of pickup. We will ensure the best price is given to you.

When can I find open?
Monday - Friday   10:00am - 08:00pm
Saturday             10:00am - 02:00pm
Sunday                        CLOSED
