Our extensive franchise information pack will help you to understand whether managing a franchise in the cryptocurrency mining sector is right for you. Once you complete a simple application form available from February 1st 2024, a pack will be posted to your address and a member of our franchise team will be in touch to answer any questions you may have.
Plan a meeting with us
We like to talk with potential franchisees for an informal chat where we can get to know each other a little better. After that initial conversation, we'll ask you to fill in an application form, where you can tell us more about you. This gets the prospective franchisee process under way.
Candidates successful at this stage will be invited to a Discovery Session where you will be introduced to the internal working of the business and most importantly we'll go through your business plan. You’ve looked into the benefits, you think that you’re ready to make a positive change, but it’s still early in the process and that decision can’t be made without absolute conviction or cause to feel certain. Franchise Discovery Day Sessions are designed to do just that – one way or another, help you make an important decision.
You'll get an one-to-one meeting with LightKey founder Mr. Kuan Yang where you will agree your territory. Your franchise agreement will then be released for you to review. After final due diligence, we'll get everything signed and sealed leaving you free to start your business.
Initial Investment
The initial fee for taking an LightKey franchise is $40,000 plus VAT
though you will be VAT registered from day one so will be able to
reclaim the VAT. The annual royalty fee is 10% from gross income. On top of that will be a working capital
requirement. As our business model is cash positive relatively quickly,
the amount of working capital required will typically be between $30,000
to $40,000.
Earning potential
The potential for a LightKey franchisee is enormous. With a sector worth an estimated $1.92 Billion in 2022 , expected to reach around $7 billion by 2032 and potential customers everywhere this is a great sector to be in. Many of our customers they always need to renew their stock with the latest models which is great for building client relationships, retention and up selling opportunities. As a minimum we expect our franchisees to achieve a turnover of circa $300,000 in their first year and achieve annual growth of 30%.
